We must receive the whole product payment (including delivery charges) before your order can be accepted.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• MADE TO ORDER

All made to order items are non refundable, yet returnable/exchangeable within 14 days in case of problem with the size. Returns must come in their original packaging and without damages to be replaced.

Any request for cancellation of made to order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. The request can be made by emailing ut at info@ohcarla.it

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs and Oh Carla is not liable for any custom/duties related fees.

Capsule Collections, Ready to Buy and custom pieces are non refundable/returnable/exchangeable.

MAINTENANCE

Our products are 100% hand made and therefore should be handled with care.

GENTLE HAND-WASH ONLY. KEEP AWAY FROM HEATH SOURCES. NO IRON.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

Oh Carla provides a free maintenance service on sold garments that may, over time, show small signs of wear and tear.

Oh Carla reserves the right not to provide maintenance service if the damage present is clearly of external nature.

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

SHIPPING TERMS DELIVERY TIMES

All shipping costs are upon the costumer.
Your order will be shipped within 3 business day after the manufactoring period stated on product description.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or in transit packagings.
